You can find freedom from anxiety and panic attacks

You may have been told, by well-intentioned people, that you'll need to manage your anxiety for the rest of your life.

I'm here to tell you something different.

Anxiety, stress and panic attacks don't have to rule your life.  You don't have to watch your life get smaller and smaller as you try to avoid or manage the things you think will trigger your anxiety or panic.  I know, because I tried that and it's exhausting.  

I tried everything to 'fix' myself, and nothing worked, because I was operating under a misunderstanding of how life works.  I was metaphorically frantically trying to empty a barrel of water with a tea strainer and wondering why it wasn't working.  I thought there was something wrong with me.  There wasn't.

Once that misunderstanding was cleared up, I realised I had never needed fixing in the first place, and neither do you.

The understanding that changed everything for me is revolutionising mental wellbeing, psychology and psychiatry the world over, and I'd love to share it with you.  It's not another thing for you to do, to practise, to work on - in fact you'll find that working with me leaves you with less on your mind - exactly as intended.
